The building at 0.16 is featured in Vic and Bobs special they did years ago called "The Weekenders". They looked in a window and laughed at a pair of red shoes. That was a brilliant show and featured an early appearance by Paul Whitehouse. Does any one else remember it and know if it is available to watch online anywhere.?

Saw a few people speculating where this depressing estate might be. I happen to know its the Brookfield shopping centre (now mostly boarded up!) in Ashford, Kent. The estate might have been chosen for ease of filming because Vic himself lives in Kent. BTW, love the Hulk special effects.
