It is a great video to promote civil engineering to the students and i see the enthusiasm of girls and women in engineering.I of cause studied and worked with women engineers more than 3 decades ago but i can see a great future for civil engineeing particualarly in usa ,uk and worldwide to rebulit the infrsastructure and put worldwide recession to history .
