The GOP voters can scoff all they want, but if they ignore Paul, their party will not win the next election. It is a statistical fact. He will take 20% of their voters and nearly all of their potential independent voters.

I share your passion about what is going on. I hope and pray that Ron Paul can make it. I was once in the miliary and could not stand some of the things our superiors where telling us to do or the lies they would tell. One was hearing RP's ideas on how we should handle abortion, since I'm con-life and think RP would bring us all together on this issue by making it a state matter whether or not to treat performing abortions as a violent act. What are these Preachers and Ministers teaching in their churches? You don't get to pick and choose which part of Jesus' teachings you are going to believe in. Also you seem to indicate the writers of the gospels got the Jewish practices wrong because they were written decades after the events, but I am supposed to believe that writers thousands of years later would be more familiar with them?

And it still doesn't address how any of the writers knew what was said in the privacy of a close court case? All this points toward Roman Sentiment, and the further away from the real events, the more Pro-Roman the accounts got.

I could see what was coming...as one man I could not stop it...but I knew I did not have to be apart of it. So I got out of the military before I had to act against my fellow men. Also you seem to indicate the writers of the gospels got the Jewish practices wrong because they were written decades after the events, but I am supposed to believe that writers thousands of years later would be more familiar with them?

And it still doesn't address how any of the writers knew what was said in the privacy of a close court case? All this points toward Roman Sentiment, and the further away from the real events, the more Pro-Roman the accounts got.

@ThomasHawkwood The accounts go from the Judges, whose job is to deal with Law, not faith, & Greeks advising the Pilate(the only guy with authority to give major punishments) in a single trial, to the Judges having a trial & then a 2nd Trial with Pilate, to a string of trial and Pilate suddenly absolving himself of guilt. Your assumption is that a people who have followed the same 613 Mitzvot (Commandments/Laws) since Sinai would violate it for a single Trial, then go back to them again?

Supposedly around that time, the Jewish people, to protect their lives & to dissuade the Romans from mass slaughter, had made up a simple deception, letting the Romans think the Messiah had already come, so, if Jesus or his followers falsely claimed he was the Messiah (because the true Messiah needs not claim they are, they simply are), then the Romans might have threatened to kill all the Jews because of it.
