  • I believe that consciousness comes before anything physical, so this only sounds logical to me. I do my best to spread this belief :-)

  • It truly starts with eating better and making your blood less acidic. That means less cokes and BS. Try getting more oxygen in your blood as well, since oxidation of the little bastards in your system eliminates them. Yes, pharma is a business, not a knowledge base for truth and healing. Many mysteries and truths have been purposely destroyed and lost, and hidden by the assholes for profit only. In truth, we are deceived on every level.

  • I believe we have a certain amount of control. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroid last year and I've been taking medication for it off and on, although I'm supposed to be taking it everyday... most times I convince myself that nothing is wrong. When I do that I don't feel my heart racing etc... but I know that it still is.

When the doctor told me that they don't know what causes it... I immediately convinced myself that I could cure it by willing myself. It's been a year since.

  • hey...

i've got an advice for you.

Learn about the Law of vibration.

''The secret'' is very nicely made about it. :)

  • I know all about it. Didn't work for me.

  • ''your wish is my command''

  • Can this also relate to the intake of placebo ILLEGAL drugs? For instance... if someone thought they took LSD, would their minds start to see waves in the ground, or the wall "breathing"?

Because if I think back hard enough to a time when I was on a strong strain of marijuana and was seeing things "breathe," I can actually start to SEE things begin to do that, when I am not on any type of drug. It's very odd, and a bit startling.

  • Interesting idea. If someone thought they had taken a psychedelic, could the placebo affect cause them them to still see visions? Don't know if there's any scientific research on that. I've had occasional experiences with occular migraines that have made me wonder if I was seeing hints of other nearby realities, that's what my song "From the Corner of My Eye" (videos here on YouTube) was inspired by.

Have you watched my vlog "David Jay Brown and Psychedelics"?

    Thanks for writing,

    Rob

  • I would say yes to a degree. Thoughts can kill and heal. If you have had an LSD experience and your mind knows how to replicate the effects, I would say you could get into a state similar, but not as intense or exact. You supposedly have DMT in your body and could probably release it on command if you had total control. It would be nice to take a little controlled trip every now and then. Things exist in the 'unseen' world anyway, so don't be alarmed. 3D is not everything.

  • People, say "My health will be restored without medication". It needs to be said out loud. Not care what anyone around you is thinking.

  • Personally, I think it's a little more complicated than that, but I'm willing to be proved wrong. Absolutely, though, I know lots of people (myself included) who have said "I'm too busy to get a cold so I won't" and sure enough they didn't get it.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts, AguarianRising, on my comment below regarding terminal diseases. What's your take on this thorny issue?

    Thanks for writing,

    Rob

  • An intriguing aspect of the human psyche is the death wish. Not many people want to think about it or acknowledge its existence, but since it works against our ability to be well, it's worth our study. Eckardt Tolle writes about the "Pain Body". An active pain body in an individual explains a lot. That doesn't mean we're completely responsible for our illness, though. We exist in a cloud of chemicals, a condition that is perhaps created by the collective pain body of the human family.

  • Is disease really a dis-ease of the self through life I wonder?

  • I agree, there seem to be an awful lot of ways that we see evidence of that. The tricky part, though, is how this relates to someone dying of a terminal disease. Did that person choose to get the disease? Or did they simply not see the paths and options that were open to them during their life which would have kept them from developing the disease in the first place?

  • As I sat by my mother's death bed last year, there was no way I could say to myself that she had "chosen" to develop terminal cancer.

    As I say, it's a tricky one!

    Thanks for writing,

    Rob

  • Ahhh, see Maitreya cannot heal you if you do not believe her :)
