A banjo played in bluegrass style requires an entirely different technique than a metal guitar style. For example, banjo requires finger picking as opposed to playing with a pick, as Kirk Hammet does.

Violins and harps also have strings, that doesn't make them similar to guitar in any way, or banjo for that matter. Do some fucking research before you mouth off.
