just wondering when your going up from the squat do you squeese your gluts so you get a better gluts work out? and does that make them bigger cus i been doing squats but never squeese at the top. and ive yet to see them get bigger

@likkledee3 Sissy squats are done on your toes smart guy and the form is totally different. Well it looks like someone is a little insecure. No one can cut 34% in 24 hours without dying. great info man. but i got 2 things. opening 'boom!' should be a louder 'BOOM!!' kinda get riled with it. makes it seem serious and interesting. and #2 is it ok to hold the plate behind me head cause holding it on my collar bone hurts and chafes. THNX SEAN!! :D
@mean71cuda Holding the plate behind you is fine if you prefer it. I'll work on the Boom! I like to be authentic and I'm a pretty laid back guy. You get more intense sound out of me depending on the situation lol. Thank you!
@ChvyZ28Camaro Great question! If you noticed when I added weight I didn't go ass to the floor. I wouldn't recommend it while using anything more than bodyweight as it does add pressure on the lumbar spine and the spine as a whole. If you choose to go that deep with more weight or others do that's on you otherwise just breaking 90* should be sufficient for glute recruitment. Everyone has slightly different bio mechanics so some people may be able to get away with some things others can't.
