it would if you listen to any old recording done on either a video cassette or tape the tone always deteriorates so it sounds usually down no more than a semitone or possibly one of them was a little out of tune and the rest tuned off him so it might sound a bit lower but as you can tell sounds fine so oh well

you could play it E standard or you could blay it Eb (E flat) standard would sound fine as long as your vocalist is willing to sing it a semitone lower hell you could even play it in something crazy like B standard would still sound recocgnizable but you just gotta make sure your vocalist can sing that low

If you had any clue what you were talking about, you would know those lyrics are from the song Go To Hell, not 99 Ways to Die.

On top of that, Go To Hell was released on the soundtrack to Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey on July 9, 1991. Enter Sandman didn't come out on the Black Album until August of that year.

Try not to make such an ass out of yourself in the future, it's embarrassing for those of us who know our Megadeth/Metallica facts to have to correct you.
