  • I hate to ruin your belief, but 1987 was the last year it was the halloween Madison was known for.

    Completely unregulated and Frats & Soririties were on the roofs diving into the crowd from the buildings on state street. I went in 88 and 89 and it got regulated after 87, its never been the same or anything close. No police obsessiveness as there is today!
