  • This is the most beautiful song ever conceived by man.

  • Tom Fowler is a beast monster, Napoleon Murphy Brock is my hero

  • who the fvck pressed dislike?!

  • this drummer is un-real. Un - f.ing - real!!!

  • @comeonewtf two drummers! Chester THompson and Ralph Humphrey.

  • the only reason for dislike this song is because it ends

  • What´s uh the deal

  • MY strict, conservatory trained music teacher laughed his ass off when he first heard this album. I had to wait days to get it back from him.

He later became a staunch Zappa fan, defending Zappa's writing as the only rock music with a pedigree.

  • In 74,This album along with apostrophe convinced me of his genius and greatness and I was only 14 and knew this guy was our modern day Mozart. No one came close.

  • At 4:11 George Duke plays the hottest solo I have ever heard in my life. George, you ARE THE MAN!

  • @MrSteveSlide Thats not george duke its ruth underwood percussionist extrordinaire

  • @MrLronhoover She is great, no question, but she always plays mallets or sticks (marimba, xylophone, etc...). That's an electric piano solo at 4:11, GD all the way.

  • @MrSteveSlide No doubt, the 4:11 mark starts Georges solo in this monster - 5 solos in this beautiful song - Bruce, Ruth, George, Ralph/Chester, Frank...

The best 5 solos in any one song.

  • ladies and gentlemen, watch Ruth...

  • Masterpiece

  • just saw zappa plays zappa last night (with return to forever) and they played this song. it was awesome

  • @000MidnightSun Just saw Dweezil and the band in Clearwater., this was the best song of the night, they nailed it!

  • @billfrog2

I saw them in '06 and '07. 2006 was much better because Napoleon Murphy Brock and Terry Bozzio were there. But by 2007 Dweezil had improved a lot more, he sounded more like Frank in his playing.

  • @billfrog2

What a GREAT concert that was. Dweezil and the band were much tighter than last year when they opened for Dream Theater. And of course RTF IV was insane!

  • Silly.

  • Bruce Fowler,George Duke,and Frank Zappa....... Great

  • @gawpertron you nailed that.

  • Which rock 'n roll band can play this???? Exactly my point. Zappa = still lightyears ahead!

  • non hai mai lavato quella cosa?????????????????????????

    GRANDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • dis was the best of zappa's bands fer me,.,.

  • class zappa album!

  • At 7:00 prepare for the onslaught as FZ tears it up while Tom Fowler lays down the phattest bass work you've ever heard!!!! makes you wish Zappa had just let that part play out longer.

  • @bebopnjazz @bebopnjazz I've always called this selection "The Reward", you've earned the privilege to rock out!

  • Bruce Fowler Trombone = Excellent

  • one of all-time favorite albums

project Object does a pretty decent job with some of this material

  • Hang until about 7:00, you will be rewarded - FZ just rips it.

  • had forgotten how amazing this album is - when we the movie of these shows come out ?

  • i didn't knew this album until some months ago..... i borrowed it from my university's library... crazy hu??? any way, it does worth listen to..... :) one of the best performances of frank and the second form of the mothers.... enjoy, peace... :)

  • Probably my favourite album of all time.

  • Echidna's Arf, Don't You Ever Wash That Thing and then Cheepnis... Bebop tango, penguin in bondage, Pygmy twylite... Damn, this album is good!

  • This was my work out choice this morning, and it was AMAZING. Sorry no visuals, just a good session.
