Really Interesting documentary. I live in Moldova and work in Transnistria for an organization striving to combat trafficking. It's interesting to see those military parades, and the reports of the Stalinesc abuses that you don't hear of from a day to day basis out here. I think your documentary would have been more convincing though if it was more objective. With the facts that you present you don't need to say things like, "Transnistria wants to isolate itself from the rest of the world".

While Transdnestrian leadership is clearly corrupt, i think there is a deeper underlying issue concerning the linguistic drift in the region and the inability of both sides to assure equal access of one another to exercising their respective language in schools, shops, mass media etc.
