  • Glory to Transnistria and eternal damnation to its ennemies!

  • like that guy in goodbye lenin said. look at these old farts, celebrating themselves.

  • what's the name of the soundtrack playing at the beginning ?

  • This reminds me of North Korea only with Russians

  • the earth does have a butthole, and it's called transnistria. I guess N. Korea would be the equivlent to the earths taint!

  • I object to the word CRIMINAL on the description of the vid. Attaching the tag CRIMINAL on the entire population ( half million people ) is a crime. Every countries have their bad boys, and I am sure that the overwhelming majority of Transnistrians are law-abiding people. Why it is a crime when half a million people decide that that they do not wish to live under the moldavian yoke ? LONG LIVE THE FREE WILL OF FREE PEOPLE !!

  • Lieve this antitransnistrean propaganda. People decided to lieve apart, after the aggresive war from west. They want to be independed, so what?!, that's how they want, it is their life, it is their business.....You cannot kill and then to listern thank you for killing us

  • The faces of the children in the parade say all there is to say about a place such as this..

  • all lies

  • Russian gangsters at their best LOL, Create your own country by taking a piece of another

  • @gigobait sounds very jewish to me ... :D

  • @guentherstoll very ironic you say that, considering Dmitrii Soin compares himself to Yasser Arafat :P

  • ruffians

  • wa wa waaaaaaa

  • This imaginary country is all kinds of screwed up.

  • Really Interesting documentary. I live in Moldova and work in Transnistria for an organization striving to combat trafficking. It's interesting to see those military parades, and the reports of the Stalinesc abuses that you don't hear of from a day to day basis out here. I think your documentary would have been more convincing though if it was more objective. With the facts that you present you don't need to say things like, "Transnistria wants to isolate itself from the rest of the world".

  • @mjrellaford Listen to the video again. It said because no one recognizes the country, that its makes its own money and such, "It isolates itself more and more." It did not state the country wanted to isolate it. Sounds objective enough to me, though we're probably not getting the positives, if any, of the country.

  • I'm surprised russian trolls havn't clouded these comments yet, like they've done to anything about Georgia.

  • Most fucked up part of Eastern Europe.

  • Transnistria is very dangerous even more so in modern day

  • @massacrelord Transnistria doesn't exist

  • @maitimu off course it exists moron, check it up

  • delirium!where is any document?what does EBUAM?

  • Transnistria seems like a Europe's version of North Korea.

  • I am no supporter of Transistria, but it is very clear that this is not a neutral documentary.

  • @fwbz There's plenty of so-called 'neutral' reporting out there. You'll never ever see the likes of this place mentioned though.

What would you have them do? Ask them what they think is a fair price for female meat?

Or just not report on the issue, because the thugs don't want filming and prefer to beat up journalists? I guess that would be the 'neutral' thing to do: simply not report it.

  • The only reason Transnistria exists is the Soviet Union's transport of ridiculous numbers of Russians to Transnistria - all of Moldova used to be Soviet.

Although bizarrely, the trans-Dniester region was always difficult to control.

  • why should u say fuck turkey? those who chose the path of murdering people is wrong no matter where u are form. and those countries that actually recongise transitia as a commonwealth, are communise countries. i lived in moldva and know what its like to live in fear and see people die for stupid reasons. but this has been going on for hundereds of years all over eastern euro. its all about power, land, and kingdoms. i do believe that the un should step in and stop this.

  • Um...this is not true. Transnistria is actually recognized by many nations. Russia. North Korea. Syria. Belarus. And on and on. More Western-centric propaganda bullshit.

  • @onebrandofdemocracy All of which have severe governance problems.

  • @neurobadger

The US has "severe governance problems." It's called multiculturalism. It doesn't work.

  • @onebrandofdemocracy The fact that many other countries are as or more multicultural than the U.S, and have far less 'governance' problem, shows how your bigoted ideas are nothing more than wishful thinking.

  • @cinesimonj

    Name them jackass.

  • @cinesimonj

Hey Karl Marx Jr...good to know your ideologies are still bubbling. More than 40 rapes have occurred in Norway in the last few years and they have all been carried out by foreign-born assholes. No accounts of Norwegian nationals raping. More than 600K Muslims shitheads are now in Sweden, causing all kinds of violent crime. There are now places that paramedics won't go without a police escort. Pakistani drug lords are running white girl sex slave rings in Britain.

  • @cinesimonj

I bet you're one of those morons who still thinks Abe Lincoln is a hero.

  • @cinesimonj

By definition "multiculturalism" cannot work. Two or more cultures believing in different things cannot coexist under the same government. It is why the Civil War was fought. And no, not because of slavery. That was on the way out anyway. Multiculturalism is why the US will eventually break up into smaller republics and thrive whereas today it is on the verge of catastrophic collapse.

  • @onebrandofdemocracy Clearly multiculturalism does work , I have lived around people from many backgrounds for my whole life , never seen one problem , actually we benefit a lot from the vast selection of culture and fantastic foods we have , nationalists are scientifically proven to be genetically inferior due to their limited gene pool , in short inbreeding. There is no huge collapse of anything coming , that is just something certain people wish for , the same people still crying over WW2.

  • @MonsterMunchAreAce

Food is a juvenile reason to support multiculturalism. Multiculturalism doesn't work by definition. The strongest central governments are those that are comprised of homogeneous cultures. Race/ethnicity is not necessarily synonymous with culture. The natural tendency of freedom-loving people is to form smaller independent republics that reflect homogeneous cultures. America has been on the decline since post-WWII thanks to the elitist push for the consolidation of power.

  • @MonsterMunchAreAce

Culture represents the beliefs and values of a homogeneous group of people. When you put two or more of these cultures together and you place them under the auspices of one federal government, there is no "consensus." The only outcome of multiculturalism is mediocrity. Maybe you have chosen to live a life with a low bar of achievement. I prefer shining success. America will eventually be broken up into smaller independent republics. It has to. It's natural to do so.

  • @cinesimonj

In Australia the Neo-Nazi movement is alive and well thanks to a NWO-controlled government that has opened its doors to every Asian and Muslim it can get its hands on. Now crime is so bad in Melbourne and Sidney that political movements are springing up to close the borders.

  • @cinesimonj

There is documented academic research that proves the more heterogeneous a culture is, the more policies, procedures, and rules that need to be implemented to control that culture. Homogeneity reduces crime. Look at Japan asshole. They don't have crime. Norway and Sweden didn't have crime either until they opened the doors to fucking Iraqis and Pakistanis. Finland? No crime. England? Shitloads of crime and shitloads of Muslims. Stop dreaming or you will be wearing a turban.

  • @onebrandofdemocracy Yes, being against slavery and ruling through ultra violence are 'western-centric'.

    Childish idiot.

  • Really awesome place I visited there

  • rest of the world its enemy couple nukes there screwed so yeah people of transnistia go fuck yourself communism basterds

  • Read about Nicolai Lilin

  • 07:10 au fututzi mama matii. nu te cheama fa moartea p-acasa?

Bagami-ash pula in Rusii din transnistria si in gagauzi

  • the KINGDOM of Romania

  • @LeMousqueteerBleu I don't appreciate your unfounded irony oh wise one ...

  • fuck the ethnic turks(Gagauzia)

  • Very dangerous situation has been created here , in Transnistria, a land of secure maneuver for arm trafficking of Russians government. I hope all international authorities will soon address this issue. It is a shame for us as European , the most civilized continent on earth to let this happen .

  • @mariana26021 " It is a shame for us as European , the most civilized continent on earth to let this happen" I think you have a fucked up view of Europe. Define civilised anyway? Could you say that perhaps civilised means we kill less? That means you just lost already, Europe is responsible for killing more people of other continents and of their own than any of continent so what do you exactly mean by civilised exactly?

  • @mariana26021 How? Same way the USA treated its non-White citizens like trash a long time ago. Any nation, even so-called "civilized" nations can do horrible things.

  • @mariana26021 too many fat bald revisionist american leftists view old Soviet Russia as a good thing to imagine their current leaders being the criminals they sometimes are

  • @mariana26021

LOL. Damn Europeans still like to take backhanded shots at Americans.

What happens every time a 'civilized' country in Europe decides that they want to make War (Ahem... GERMANY)??

The Americans come and save the day, and show why we, The AMERICANS, are still the world's strongest superpower.

Heck, you Euros wouldn't even be able to hold your own against China.

  • @SpokenWithLevity What's the matter you you? USA can't handle a few Talibans in Afganistan, I think we are more than well capable of dealing with Chinese IF they would ever come attacking. And World war 2 (the agression of germany) was over 80 years ago, USA has been up doing countless was after that. Do you want to talk about slavery next? Why throw shots at Europe?

  • @SpokenWithLevity Well, to be honest, the most credit to defeating the Krauts should go to the Soviets. Just look at how many Soviet soldiers fought compared to Americans (millions and millions compared to and couple of hundred thousands Americans). The Soviets had to fight against 2/3 of the German army, the best equipped part. On the western front the least trained and least equipped was stationed.... Just look at a history book not written by Fox News you will see the facts

  • @mariana26021 I am American but 2 of my grandparents are from Europe and it pains me to see unrest in europe and wars. Europe is has many smart , tenacious people and it is my blood. I wanna see nothing but peace and prosperity among my fellow ancestors in Europe.

  • If a Bond villain lives on earth somewhere, it's here.

  • what is sherrif ?

  • A country of broke ass retards full of dumb commies and russian invadors. Rep Moldova should call the army and TEACH THEM A FUCKING LESSON!

Fuck communism and the russian invadors!

  • Thank you, but no cigar. Moldova is a bankrupt state, Transnistria is actually rather better. I have been to both many times. Have you?

  • fuck u u fuckin prick

  • at 15:19 is that a bit insane ?? wot wot alot insane ?? all i say; anywhere that ppls can look like this is nothing right.

  • to each country their own. toward a freedom

  • This documentary is visibly tilted toward the Moldavian interpretation of things. While Transdnestrian leadership is clearly corrupt, i think there is a deeper underlying issue concerning the linguistic drift in the region and the inability of both sides to assure equal access of one another to exercising their respective language in schools, shops, mass media etc.

  • The separation of Romanian and Russian speaking people seems to be the logical conclusion of the political mistakes of the early 90's, so both societies should be left to their own self governance, that would be the safest means of assuring peace between them. Just my opinion.

  • I've been there last summer...

    nice place though...

it looked safe enough to live, no massive poverty.

I haven't been intimidated by police.

  • Has anyone noticed 2.21 the OSCE is said to be the Organisation for Safety and Co-operation in Europe. This is incorrect, it is the organisation for Security and co-operation... how can we be expected to believe the other claims of the documentary if they make such elementary mistakes?

  • igor smirnov=zionist

  • this is sick peopel they need a doctor the same in belarus

  • fucking idiots

  • Reminds me of North Korea.

  • No other nation? I thought Russia recognized Transnistria

  • Comment removed

  • @Loocas77 RUSSIA, UCRAINE and BELARUS recognize Transnistria. The R of Moldovadoesnt recognize it, but respects the border! Moldovan citizens have to pay a fee every time they cross the ''customs border'' as ''foreigners'''/ that's why most people cross the Nistru river through bridges (NOT ALL BRIDGES HAVE CUSTOMS BORDER CHECK POINTS)

  • Unfortunaly everithing in this video is TRUE!!!!

    ABSOLUTLY EVERITHING!!!

And this is only a smoll part of the horor the people from there have to endure!!!!

  • SAY NO TO SEPARATISM !!!

  • death to communsism1

these guys are silly what are they hoping???

    no country recognises transnistria.

the moldovan military could crush the regime in a few weeks...

  • What the hell are you talking about? Transnistria isn't Communist, and Moldova's ruling party is Communist.

  • youre sure?

  • Positive. The Soviet imagery is just superficial, the whole country's owned mostly by private companies.

  • I havn't seen propaganda this obvious since the WWII disney movies.

  • This is what Russia do.

  • Do your research!!! Journey man pictures is not the definitive authority in getting information!!! Educate yourself beyond this!

  • I support an independent multi-ethnic Transnistria. But right now it is everithing but that. Who are you going to believe, an honest documentary or Smirnov's propaganda?

  • Yes, but are they ethnic Slavs or Romanians? The Romanians in that region have almost no roghts. If they had, I wouldn't be angry at Transnistria.

  • *almost no rights

  • Okay... The person who gave me negatives. I'd like to know why. I am not upset. Rather I'd like to hear your take on it. But I stand firm with what I said.

  • yes thats why when i went to modlova to visit my family one of aunts friends tried to go ther for business and they kept asking him why do u keap leaving and entering even though he entered and left once they interrogated him like some kind of spy (free movement my ass)

  • Where is this magical land of Transnistria that they speak of?

  • A piece of communist shit.

  • I live in Moldova and I can say most of the people from Transnistria are brainwashed. People have no hope, or they don't realize what is truely going on. It is very sad.

  • @panfiloff yes, me too, I was so shcked and very sad by these people

it is terrible how they simply do not understand what is happening to them

    ]=

  • people are so loco nowadays..also like my neighbors in maryland

  • Ironically the advert next to this video is for Russian Euro - which is indicative of the mercantile approach to women these people have. This is a pretty sickening situation, only likely to improve when Ukraine accedes to the EU. These people cannot be proud if they sell their daughters.

  • urumiyehC, there is a lot more to these wars. It is - just as every single thing in this World - not Black & White. There is very little the new Russian Government can change now, because these conflicts were created and sustained for a long enough time. They were not created by the Russian Government, rather by individual politicians - monsters really

  • crazy

  • russia has several other low level wars they are fighting against people who want autonomy and want an end to russian hegemony.

Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, chechnya, etc....

The new Czars are just as bad as the old soviet rusky bosses.

  • Russian Version of our "Blackwater Security"?

  • amazing, i never even heard of transnistria before

  • @bobzilla211 me too! Thankyou Journeyman for bringing this up.

  • watch bbc in the danger zone for a lot of info on countries that are not fully recognized
