I'm currently taking colloidal silver as an anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal medicine. A quarter of a pint each day. I'm fine. And everyone else who uses colloidal silver as a healing agent is well-happy with it.

This is bullshit and doesn't present any factual information. I've experienced numerous positive effects of colloidal silver and have heard the same from many people.

The colloids immediatly cling to to stuff and I doubt that the sewage system would suffer in the least.

@fcharrua The only reason our cows eat corn is because we force them to. the richest corporations in the world have bought most of the cattle in america and stuffed them into cafos (Concentration Animal Feeding Operations) where there is no grass. There, cows live in there own excrement and delevop diseases. They are trying to solve the problem by mixing some of the meat with ammonia in an attempt to sanitize it more.

It is true that there are always precautions that need to be tended to but when the benefits are worth it, the work to make it safe is as well. For example - when we get hurt or are sick - we go to the hospital to get help, we may have surgery that has risks and we sign on the dotted line because the benefits outweigh the risks, we may take medicine that has side effects - when we use our computers even, we could get a virus and loose our data, but again the benefits are worth it to us.

Your intuition is good, but it gets more complicated. One product, Samsung's SilverCare washing machine, uses silver to sanitize clothing, but because it creates ions (individual, charged atoms) some scientists think that the silver combines to form harmless salts (that no longer have antimicrobial properties) before they make it to water treatment plants. Research is going on now to follow fate and persistence of ionic and nano silver in aquifers, etc.
