Absolutely brilliant!! I love her style. That smooth and soultry voice of hers nobody else can even touch. I have loved her since she first came on the scene in 1984, and have loved her ever since...brilliant artist.

@exilog for the most part it's 4/4 but the chorus has differing measures of meters, like maybe 7/8, 4/4. 5/8, 3/4. It's been a while since I've seen the music. The coda is definitely 6/8.

@marvelboy74 This song has been a favorite of mine which I have had trouble picking the rhythm, and therefore the dance tempo, to. Tempo seems to be all over the place when listening which you have verified. The tempo you hear works for the dance. Thank you for breaking it down! The arrangement is brilliant!

I have performed this as a cover song live (drumset) and it is a real challenge with the revolving time signatures. Flows effortlessly here.

One of my all time favorites and I have been looking for years for this period of live Basia material. Wish there was more real concert footage like this out there. Hope for 2009.

I always hoguth Basia should do cover collecton of famous Bossa Nova, Samba standards as Diana Krall is on forthcoming CD.
