@fxfranz, Thank you for this incredible review. This Henkei Megatron cannot really pass for a real gun because it resembles the gun from Sylvester Stallone 's 1995 movie "Judge Dredd". This Megatron is a sci-fi nerf gun rather than the realistic Walter P-38 from his original Generation 1 self. We are lucky that this Megatron toy was released without any projectiles and we do not have to worry because its alt-mode design is not that life-threatening.
TF henkei figures are pretty expensive in japan. if you can get an Optimus Prime, that'd be great. ask him if he can get you the others like Mirage and Starscream or bumblebee. also, have him on the look out for the current ones--cyclonus, hound, ratchet, inferno--these figures are HOT!
Ok. I like Mirage with the sponsors on him, might get Screamer, already got BB. Bunnyclonus(No!) Ratchet(Mabey.) Already got a Universe Inferno so Im ok. Im kinda thinking Megatron now.

I must say as the first Transformer I ever Transformed it was not an easy task, but at least getting him back to bot mode was easy enough!

LOL, everytime i transform mine i get confused....just like the masterpiece megs they both look like a jumbled mess in mid transformation

Hey my freind is going to Japan and is might be able to get me a henkei fig.
What's the best? I'm thinking Prime kinda because I have a classics prime collection but in you opinion who's the best?

sure, go ahead and have him look for megs. he's kinda an old figure, so might be difficult to come by, but im sure the price won't be too high.
