Rubiziza is a Tutsi and a former member of Kagame Special Forces and Body guard, who crearly states that RPF didnt prevent killings of citizens though they could. Rubiziza now lives in exile in Norway and cant return to a Tutsi led Rwanda as he sope the truth against the current government. Colonel Msangi make a lot of sense to me.

Long story short, Congo was involved in Rwandan conflict at the beginning then opted out of it after heavy casualties we caused in their ranks. At the end of genocide in 1994, France advised its ally ( genocide gov. ) to retreat to Congo with a huge Rwandan population, to serve as negociations tool
