@labyonnette I hear you...and for all the reputation these things have, I don't think the nut was cut quite right (compensated nuts help) and that will give you tuning fits...the action and intonation were set right. I started out in tune and it lost it...I tried to make the best of it. I remember one of the guys in Saxon saying how almost anybody could play a guitar that's in tune, what separates the men from the boys is how they handle getting handed an out of tune guitar on stage. I tried...

@FretLegendSmithy Thanks! I need to point out that I am a business (but I strive to be a business for the people) and that this wasn't a personal guitar. That said, I love finding inexpensive guitars that are incredible values...I don't care about who makes it or where it's made as long as that particular guitar is a good one (not all are). I love Mexican Strats (modded with better pickups) and PRS SE's...sometimes more than their higher $ relatives...but I love & own some high end guitars too.

This guitar is amazing. Selected solid african mahogany body (not chambered) and long tenon neck (which is only found on Gibby Custom Shop models now).

Hey can anyone tell me if it is a good deal to buy a Les Paul really nice but on the head of the guitar says keneth not Gibson or ephifone I think that's wierd but it is really pretty and just for 150 bucks

you shouldnt get a guitar because other people in bands use it. get one that you feel comfy when playing, thats how i found my les paul i felt comfy playing it, so i got it.

epiphone should bring back their elitist line and not just have the casino in it.

They should just up the quality and consistency in their normal line...the Korean made Les Paul Custom I had a while back beat out this one big time...it wasn't even close (listen to that demo and tell me if you don't agree...I of course had the advantage of actually getting to play them both). I think these were over hyped although I'm sure some of them were probably great. Thanks for watching!

@greengtrs I think if the normal epiphone line had better stock pickups it would help out alot. Good guitars, really bad pickups excluding the elite models
