general populationof south korea. You better go on the internet and find out how plastic they are. Watch korean palstic videos on youtbe and you will know. South korea don't really report plastic surgeries to ISAPs. Only 16 are registered with them to report p>s. south korea have over 2000 plastic surgeons.
