Ur acually wrong what you need to do is just mix the egg dont add anything plus its easier, also you should put the meat in flower then eggs, and then put it in the bread crums..also before anything you should probaly put it in viniger and chopped garlic. its easy. fun. and fast
yes!! my bolivian grandmother makes this all the time and this is a common plate in south america, but it is originally derived from milan, italy.. hence milanesa

If you dont want or cant smash the beef (as in my case) you can always marinate the beefs in a litter of milk a whole night, same ressult with less effort (and you dont need the hammer)

adding parsely, oregano, or italian seasoning to the egg mixture gives it a more authentic taste ;)
