Facility Runthrough: Getting Invincibility

For some strange reason after 7 years I got the inspiration to attempt this again. With help from your video I managed to better my old best of 5:32 and got 1:43 *new cheat available* LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

the caverns cheat is harder i think

Yeah possibly, the Caverns can be a difficult enough level in itself without the Timer. I always just found this one more frustrating since Doak's position is random yet so crucial to succeeding.

I've been trying to get this cheat for a couple days now after watching the video (which has helped a lot...thanks) I've gotten 2:06....1 damn sec over. I always have to wait for 006 to get out of the way or i'll blow him to shreds and I'll fail...any tips?

If you're lucky Trev will be outside the gas tanks and doesn't follow you in and hence is unaffected by the blast. Failing that, just try be as quick as possible placing th mines and then run to the far end of room, escaping out the conveyor belt way. This will lure him from the blast. I was about to be very impressed that you only used 2 mines for the bottles, since that's the WR (:54) strat on a 2:00 run :P placement was just barely off. Good runthrough though!

Indeed the mine positioning at the end was terrible lol, I had even practiced that part beforehand to make sure I'd nail it and make it look classy. However I just blew it... (No pun intended.) Thanks, although I noticed your :57 puts this to utter shame!

Invisibility is a helluva lot easier than this code. Archives is easier than Facility, and Mishken is easier than Doak, because his position isn't random, although the tricky part in that level is not to fire a single shot and to get to him in less than 1 min, before all the lengthy dialogue slows you down.

just so you know, if you shoot the pp7 all over the place when you come out of the bathroom, they open the door to the room with the door controls, saving a second or two.

Yeah I sometimes use that strat, problem is that half the time the guys get in the way and so it can cause more trouble than it can benefit.
