Thai Airways 777-200ER BKK-NGO very good, Excellent flight!!

I think so, but on B747-400 is just 8 newest of 21 thats going to change to the TV seat. And they´re HS-TGA, HS-TGB, HS-TGZ, HS-TGJ and four other.

And the other aircraft will be finnish with it in this year.

on B747-400 still no Personal TV. Some of B747-400 suppose to be retired this year, but the delayed delivery of A380 for 2 years. So THAI has to keep those ancient aircrafts flying atleast for another 2 years until the new A380 are joined.

@pinkwaterlily Thai will refit some of their newer 747-400s (12 of them will get refit, but 6 older ones will be retired) to have personal TVs in economy class after it completes with all of its 6 777-300s

I'm flying THAI on the Boeing 777-200ER from Melbourne to Bangkok return in 2 weeks time! My one way flight from Hanoi to Bangkok is on A300 but the service should make for an old plane on a relatively short flight

yeah, thai airways have changed/refurblished 77 percents of all planes. All seats for eco-pre eco-bc-and first class to the brand new seat with more pitches in all classes. Even tho, Thai airways doesnt offer a variety of entertainment on demand but the service just seriously kick arse. oi oi oi

i took TG from BKK to MANILA on economy class. they used BOEING 777-200/200 ER, though it has no invidual lcd's on its economy class, i could say the SERVICE is superb and excellent. the FA's are the best, i love their uniforms on board. very smooth as silk..TG ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

the service on the plane is ok really, well... better than many, not as good as some., BUT thai inflight is the most colorful in the world, the seats colors, the uniform and its different colors, the better looking crews.....But I am not gonna fly thai until they install ptv on airbus 330

what so special about thai is their uniforms and one thing that amaze me is, their cabin crew didnt really follow like what others airlines standard.Some are short and some are tall and its nice because Thai is Asian and we want a variety. Going to Phuket and flying with Thai this December..

TG are really friendly. Best way to fly. SQ are good but they don't go that extra mile for passengers. In economy I know it's cramped up but there so nice to you. I'm traveling to Phuket and of course traveling with TG. I completely agree with sihxu. THAI ROCKS STAR ALLIANCE!!!
