Wow that was a let down. He didn't even take his shirt off. There was way to much build up for 8 seconds of a pulled up shirt. Why does he act so self-conscious when he's videoing how much work he's done. With a torso that's that long, he didn't have to work hard, he probably just lost weight and let his tendons show through.

Fun facts:

Virtually anyone can get their body fat low enough to "see" a six pack abs look. However a so-called 8 pack is purely a matter of your genes and nothing you can do about it.

Why? You "abs" are actually one muscle. What gives it division is tendons run across the top. Also explains why some have a "uneven" six pack. The lower tendon is frequenty absent or remains under fat so no matter how hard you work out, if you don't have the lowest tendon, there's nothing to see.

@willieofroanoke Not all true.Yes you can have visible abs if you get below 10% fat.But that doesnt mean you cant bulk them up just like any musle.I have more than one friend that is below 10% (skinny)And yeah you can see "their abs".But you really cant compare those 4 lines on their core to my 2 years developed abs.THERE IS JUST NO COMPARISON.So don't tap your self on the shoulder saying .They don't workout they just don't eat"No! You need to work real hard and more years if you want abs.
