My Grandma played this on the piano/organ then I learned this from her. I also learned several other 1920's songs from her. I am very luck to have learned them and to gotten that heritage.
I was in a Flapper dance routine when I was about 8. This was the song. Nearly 30 years later, I remember every word of this song and every step from that routine. Sing it, Bing! :-D

@spoildb728 I know he didnt age well in the later years, but his voice was still in good shape. I prefer to remember him as he was in the thirties.
