Its a cheat engine. No engine in real life that i know of looks like this. It's a cheat because pistons when in proper positions, require balancing and such. You have completely eliminated that by stacking them like a noob. Having the pistons in the same spot just does not count. Sorry

A noob is someone who straps thrusters to a back of a jeep, or gets dups from gmod.org. I have made much better engines since i made this video, My mini boxer engine with 8 cylinders that is perfectly balanced could easily outpower this engine, still yet to test the HP. I will make a video soon. And its not a "cheat" engine :P. Thx for your views tho :D
@TheJorens lol well dont forget this engine can only be tested at 8 out of 10 throttle otherwise the autodyno kills it. so i think its capable of doing 1600hp + And it is 4 wheel drive atm. And i made 2 versions for that very reason. The one with the engine mounted at the back is ment to be able to wheelie. Thats what i designed it for. And the one with the engine mounted in the middle is alot more stable and has very good control. My new engine which is Hydraulics and can produce 65000bhp + :P

@mwhite112393 Why doesn't it? the pistons are still fireing at different times but to save space ive placed them on top of each other. Its still a engine and still acts the same as a inline engine :P
@12dart12 It doesn't act the same as an inline engine due to the fact that power is being applied in only two spots since the pistons are grouped like that.
@mwhite112393 Actually the power is being applied on 4 spots since there is a piston connected to the shaft every 1/4 turn. And yes it may be a little more powerfull then a ordinary B8 but its still a engine and its still classed as a boxer engine. I couldn't call it a B2 could i coz it infact has 8 pistons. So it fits the desctiption of a B8 more. Anyway thanks for your views :D

And its not cheating, cheating would be welding the thrusters at a offset directly to the shaft and saying "i have a engine". It still qualifies to be a engine. Now are we done?
@12dart12 You seem a bit annoyed. All I'm saying is that the engine you've created is not really all too realistic, which is fine. If you were to take this to a server with a lot of engine builders, though, they'd probably blow it off as a cheat of an engine. I'm just stating that if you're striving for realism, this is not the direction to head in.
@mwhite112393 hoenstly mr white, i agree with 12dart, garrysmod isnt going to get too more realistic, that engine isnt cheating, just makes the same amount of power, more... smooth
@Baystorm82 Not all too concerned with who's agreeing with who. All I know is that engines have never looked like that in real life. Ever. That's what defines realistic, the quality of representation of an item or concept in the real world. It's a fine engine, but I'd never be caught dead making one. That's all.
