2009 Auto Club 500 Starting Grid

This race was one of the best ever for the Auto Club speedway. A battle for the win at the end was great and even though it wasnt side by side finish, still it was a great finish to a great race. The only people that wine about are the winers who complain about how " Racin aint the same since Earnhardt died" that happened back in 01. Man just enjoy the racing and dont be so criticual of it.

#41-"Bailout Bomber:" Since Mayfield's crew consists entirely of crew members who were downsized by other teams in the offseason.

#64-"The Onion:" Not mine; this is just Todd's nickname in the Truck Series.

Those are almost impossible to do since qualifying for those races are typically just hours before the race actually starts.

What a shame that Brian had such a good run, only to go to a backup car. I only wonder though, what would have happened last Sunday had FOX not been so eager to air The Simpsons, which is on its last leg anyway. Oh well, I lost all respect for FOX after what they did to Mike Judge. Enough FOX bashing, amazing job once again Brock, you never cease to impress me
