just hit 80 with my rogue. I use sub for pve, since im on a full pvp server, and a combat/assassination spec for dungeons. At first, the rogue is hard to use to defend yourself from mobs, but once you hit 30, you can clear mobs with cake :)

Im not sure if you've fixed your problem with latency yet but mine would go from around 60 ish up to 8000 in a matter of seconds and totally fucked up my game play. I finally figured out the issue. My router (not modem) had a firewall issue with the game and so you have to override the settings and open a port for the game. To find the port number (i think its like 4734) just type (WoW port number) to google and there you go. Contact your router company for help on how to set it up.

Any skilled player can kill a rouge, and all skilled players are normally pro wow players so there gonna have top gear anyway...Ive seen so many Mage, warriors, allys and warlocks own rouges easy. 1 guy i know who owned a rouge easy and the rouge had enchanted weapons and 1-80 armour. They were only lvl 25 tho, but the Mage had nothing amazing on, They were both very skilled and the Mage just kept frost bolting and frost nova him. Looked to easy.

The deadmines is a Rogue based instance, they have a complete set for rogues, which is actually really good and helps you level. The goblin boss also drops a great dagger, and there is alot of swords with Agility. DM Is also great for exp, and it doesn't take that much time.
