Depends what you mean by perfect right.

Quantizing at 16th triplets and putting the 'swing' or offset at a certain percentage might sound 'human' and like 'real hiphop' but it's still perfectly in time nonetheless.

I don't think this was a real nice beat but he is a professional producer (in other genres)
