What about the USPS? What FedEx did to you was probably wrong, but the fact of the matter is there is no perfect shipping company and your situation could've happened with ANY company. If you ship things frequently enough, eventually your going to be dissatisfied with something. (if you're sending something through USPS that's across the country or internationally, chances are it traveled via FedEx--check out Global Express Guaranteed)
This is completely normal, see the rent a truck at the left, most likely something has gone wrong and they are doing an on-road sort so you whiners get your packages on time.
That stuff is all normal, and I guarantee it gets handled a lot worse than that before it ever gets into the hands of a FedEx employee. That is why things are packaged well so they don't break.

As someone whos worked at a retail warehouse and a UPS hub, I'd say they're being downright gentle with those packages. You better believe anything you buy at a retail store has been thrown around a lot more than that.
What are you complaining about? These guys are being very gentle with the packages. You should see what goes on at the UPS sorts or even some of the bigger FedEx sort locations. This looks like a standard small-station sort. Some of the small stations are lucky enough to get a building though.

And sure USPS delivers on time...because they don't have a commit day (except on Express Mail)! Like I said, if you think these guys are abusing packages, you should watch some of the large location sorts. This is a typical small location sort...inadequate facilities leading to this sort of thing.
This may look like they aren't doing the job correctly, but they are. This is nothing compared to the sort in Memphis. It's all about proper packaging, and thats why stuff gets damaged if thats not done. FEDEX Express 23 years here.

What about the USPS? What FedEx did to you was probably wrong, but the fact of the matter is there is no perfect shipping company and your situation could've happened with ANY company. If you ship things frequently enough, eventually your going to be dissatisfied with something. (if you're sending something through USPS that's across the country or internationally, chances are it traveled via FedEx--check out Global Express Guaranteed)

I worked in a warehouse and we had UPS ship our stuff, and they took care of package just like what you saw in the video...

That stuff is all normal, and I guarantee it gets handled a lot worse than that before it ever gets into the hands of a FedEx employee. That is why things are packaged well so they don't break.

As someone whos worked at a retail warehouse and a UPS hub, I'd say they're being downright gentle with those packages. You better believe anything you buy at a retail store has been thrown around a lot more than that.

What are you complaining about? These guys are being very gentle with the packages. You should see what goes on at the UPS sorts or even some of the bigger FedEx sort locations. This looks like a standard small-station sort. Some of the small stations are lucky enough to get a building though.

I'm betting your 7 days counts the weekend and the reroute time since I'm sure from your post that you probably misspelled your own address, which also causes delays. And sure USPS delivers on time...because they don't have a commit day (except on Express Mail)! Like I said, if you think these guys are abusing packages, you should watch some of the large location sorts. This is a typical small location sort...inadequate facilities leading to this sort of thing.

This may look like they aren't doing the job correctly, but they are. This is nothing compared to the sort in Memphis. It's all about proper packaging, and thats why stuff gets damaged if thats not done. FEDEX Express 23 years here.

They don't seem unhappy, seems like they doing their job pretty great. Why complain?People may think they throw package with valuable stuff, that's not true. Every time they throw stuff a bit it's because the package contains paper,documents or clothes and stuff like that
