The vocals sound so cheap - parang banda sa plaza! The famous UP Concert Chorus version (used by all stations in the late 80s to the early 90s) would have made for way better singing!
I know that many Phil choirs (in the Phils and in the US) have a copy because they use that as a guide. You might want to try the Cultural Section of your Phil Embassy (if you're abroad) or you may email UPCC directly. There also used to be one on Youtube, actually, but I don't know if that's downloadable if you find it...
I've found the audio track of the UPCC's rendering of Lupang Hinirang that's being used by other "fan made" Phil. Nat'l Anthem videos, but without the 1st part that's in slow tempo. I'm still searching though. Thanks for the tip! =)
