  • what do the black keys do?!

  • @mindingosafado They are preset keys, you can save your sounds on each key and when you press them your sound changes. The last two keys are controlled by the drawbars, I think the c key is controlled by the second part of drawbars and Bb by the first but I'm not sure.. Hope I helped!!

  • Lot of musical feeling! Big compliments!

  • Love it!

  • Excellent!!!! Thanks for sharing!

  • can u tell me the drawbar settings u used in thisvideo

  • Man, and I thought I knew how to work one of these things!

  • Couldn't you add a little sustain, and perhaps decay as well, to the accompanying keys (lower keyboard), to it doesn't die out every time you switch settings, for a smoother play?

Also, I'd prefer the main tune to be louder, and the accompany to be a tad lower - but that's preferences :)

You'd be an awesome teacher, I am envious :)

  • You obviously don't know how a Hammond works.... stick to something like Piano.

  • huh

  • I was responding to the person asking if the guy in the video would add sustain to the lower manual. He doesn't understand that the beauty of a Hammond is that the notes last as long as you hold them.

  • lol... i get cha

  • I LOVE B 3

  • that is beautiful!

  • beautifully done.

  • The reverse-color keys act like combination pistons on pipe organs.

  • I love that Hammond sound. Keep up the good work.

  • really really nice! i like to hear you play "illinois enema bandit"

  • On the B preset on the upper manual, the 1' drawbar doesn't work with percussion on.

  • Coming from a drummer and a guitarist, I love the B3 organ!!!

  • What are the chords for this song? I can't find a good Amazing Grace chart. Thanks!

  • 1st is Eb sus4 Ab, Bb and Eb 2nd is Eb major G, Bb and Eb 3rd is C dim F#, C and Eb Add Ab and Bb to the 3rd chord making something that I had to check on the internet: C m flat5 aug5 7th (Wew! Long chord name) then the 4th chord is Bb sus4 7th F, Ab, Bb and Eb I used my ear and visual here, that's what I found out, you could do the same... running outta characters.
