Use the shield gun. Especially if you have the flag. Just go down ledge by ledge... Right-click to break your fall at the very bottom. That's just the beginning. Shield-Jumping is the next step...

Dude for one thats a noob way lmfao i could get down the top of the tower faster then that trans way with only 1hp and still live.. u just got to know how to do it.. check out my sheild jumping videos..
