  • is this treatment expensive or painful?

  • @lipqueen04 If you are interested in knowing the cost or the discomfort after treatment? Click on the URL laser Gum Dentist .com and click on Testimonials then Cost of Gum Surgery you will find the answers you seek.

  • The reason those teeth are firm is because a bridge was placed and splinted all the teeth together after periodontal treatment. The canines are different before and after. The LANAP is a great tool, but teeth do not magically firm up to the same degree as witnessed in this video. The dentist is not providing full disclosure.

  • After my dentist told me I needed laser gum surgery, I went into a total panic. I have been struggling with periodontal issues for most of my adult life, and have always had some 5 and 6 mm depth pockets in my mouth that have been of concern, but one of them finally flared up to a 9mm pocket. My dentist gave me a referral to a periodontist, and I was about 2 days away from my appointment when I decided to google gum surgery to find out more.

  • laser mouth surgery

    lanap

  • why does this procedure not include emdogain?? wouldnt that ensure bone growth?

How many laser sessions did this take and how long do these results last?

  • @dojochi Emdogain is not needed saving the patient the extra cost. This case took two visits of two hours each. Patient is now out over 5 years and has not been retreated nor has she lost any teeth.

  • taking care of your health is primal, then if problems arise take care of them in a timely manner, in the end pay for the doctor over a long period of time even after the insurance cover only part of the costs...gotta love the American way of dealing with health and life, with monetary and financial death.

  • @briggs9187 Monetary and financial Death? Are you kidding? Americans choose to spend more on Dog Food than on all Dental expenditures!

  • i have a niece who suffering from periodontal desease and has almost all her teeth loose the two front teeth are no longer the bone of the root she started a treatment that relieves the inflammation of the gums and pain teeth it feels more solid now but once in a while the gums become inflamed and erupt abscesses in the part where are the two teeth are the dentist told her that there is a treatment that can grow new bone into two teeth where it has no bone at the root but not guaranteed. help

  • @gaticaprichosa Do a search for LANAP.

  • this must cost a fortune

  • @chantimothy Depends what you think a fortune is? Would she have better spent it on 5 year old second hand chevy? Or fix her health and teeth?

Do you understand that everywhere she goes there she is?

The second hand piece of sheet metal and rubber will be in the parking lot and will be obsolete in 5 years or 50,000 miles whichever comes first.

  • that was disturbing. Im gonna need this procedure done but my teeth arent shaky like that...

  • show x-rays to see the bone levels.

  • X-Rays have been posted on DentalTown.

  • Hey, thats not supposed to happen. LOL. It is so sad when people are not told of this treatment being available, and lose their teeth to dentures or wildly expensive implants that they could have gone without. Wonderful for your patients!
