uh no, lagaet has more flava, neguin has no uniqueness, his style is very generic and his basics are down very well, but he hasnt evolved his basics, just trained them alot. Neguin still won, but you cant say he's the best or perfect. he just has clean footwork with high level skills and that's hard to beat, still lacks alot of stuff though. there's more to breakin then having both tricks and nice footwork and tops. Hence why Cloud beat him later on.
