  • there doesn't appear to be a mobile docs folder on my computer... any ideas??

  • Sick! Great job man, keep the videos coming. Just stay away from the pathetic Android.

  • @3newcreation7 Android is not pathetic you little fanboy.. I've used one before and it is actually great! I am not siding with Google or anything, I am Mac user and I own an iPhone 4S and a Windows Phone 7. 'just stop being a fanboy and appreciate all of them.

  • @johnmatthewfelix LOL! Read my words and pathetically tattoo it to your face... "ANDROID SUCKS" especially with the countless number of viruses being released for them. I'm not a fanboy you geek, I prefer to go with what's worth my money.

  • @3newcreation7 the only people who get viruses, on computers, mobile phones, etc are the stupid ones.. so you probably one of them. K, fanboy ;)

  • Great work! saved me a lot of time

  • Thanks

  • If you click on Go & then hold down the Option key, the hidden Library short cut will show in there. You have to continue to hold it down to click on it.

  • Great vid, but I have a question: why would you use this instead of Dropbox? Isn't that just so much handier?

  • I don't have a mobile folder

  • I 100% learned something new. Thanks bro!!

  • Thumbs up!

  • Thumbs up....if you think this guy deserves a job with APPLE! Great job!

  • thank you.

  • / = forward slash. \ = back slash.

  • where did you get that wallpaper from?

  • nice wallaper

  • THAT is not a backslash...

  • Maybe I am missing something. As it is, I can place a IWork doc in the mobile folder but it doesnt show on my iPad or iPhone. Conversely, if I modify an iWork doc on my iPad or iPhone, I do see the changes occurring on my Mac (mobile folder) but this doc becomes a jpg file...

  • Nice

  • You can also acces the Library by clicking on the "Go" menu in your finder and pressing alt. The Library should appear in the list below "Home".

  • Awesome Wallpaper ..Where did you get it?

  • @BRENNANSTECHBITE He's talking about AirDrop.

  • I like the new look

  • how do i open the document on my iPhone?

  • Awesome tip !!! You are the best

  • Awesome video!

  • @BRENNANSTECHBITE

I can't find this folder either, I have iMac 2011 with Lion

  • That's really cool

  • @BRENNANSTECHBITE No, he is talking about AirDrop, rendering this useless lol.

  • Great stuff. I can find the mobile docs folder on my imac and macbook pro, however on my air, it's nowhere yo be found. Any ideas?

  • Great tip but pretty useless for me because I don't have a mac

  • @BRENNANSTECHBITE Not sure which video you are talking about since the link takes you to your channel. But I figured what I meant to say :) I was talking about "AIRDROP."

  • Hi! i can't seem to find the same Folder on my macbook. i did the same step like i did in my iMac but no luck. Would you know why? i have 2009 13inch macbook pro.

    Thanks

  • is your house really that empty?

  • Great video, didn't know you could do this. But, Dropbox files can be viewed on a browser by anyone so it's a bit different than having files synced with specific Macs, but still cool.

  • Cool tip Brennan, thanks for sharing!

  • @BRENNANSTECHBITE Your welcome!

  • Happy 100th Video!

  • Great vids. I do have a question. In Lion don't you have that option where you can wirelessly transfer any document to an other mac (with lion)? It detects another mac and you just drop it into the drop zone. It's where you click your name up on top over the desktop. I saw a video on it when I was watching a Lion video before I upgraded but since I only have one mac I've never used it.

  • @MMAUnderworld the feature is called airdrop and is built into all macs running osx lion

  • @MMAUnderworld The feature you are referring to is called AirDrop. It sends files via bluetooth to other macs in your local area. The feature works great but it is only available on fairly recent mac's. If your mac is older than 2010, then it may not work. Annoyingly it works on my 2010 MacbookPro but i cannot transfer files to my 2007 iMac despite both being on Lion. This is an annoyance that hasn't had much publicity.

  • You can get to library, by h

  • Where do you get your music from? (the tracks playing in the background)

  • Great, thanks! Thumbs up Brennan! :)

  • Very neat tip

  • Nice cap!

  • that's pretty cool :)

  • Nice tip Brennan! Another awesome video! :D
