@mrsrachelrose So, she didnt get back to me. I had to keep calling and calling for 1month. Is 1month delivery to US is reasonable? But, she said that it was previously shipped and as I tracked it on Fedex(she provided me the tracking # the same day I spoke to her), it was only shipped the day I spoke to her :O Sad. The hair really does smell and near the wefts looks a bit dirty like white dandruff. The box and hair is damp and smells. The customer service and response time needs to improve.

They promise by phone to send my hair by friday still no hair customer servise was poor ! If I do not recieve my hair by next week i will be reporting the company to Trading standard

That smell was foul and is NOT typical of Virgin Hair. How do you explain the dampness and the lack of lustre to the hair then? If you employ work experience then you should explain proper customer service to them; that is NOT an excuse. People can make their own decisions from comments. I see its not just me that isn't happy with your service.

I believe they owe me some money still, I don't expect to hear back from them re my refund. Hey JJ I got some of this hair and I am hoping its ok. I smelt an odd burning smell when using a flat iron so will use heat protector. I've never experienced that from virgin hair before.

The hair is very cute. It looks great! I think people are saying its a lot because they read she used six bundles. It looks full and nice. And everyone has a preference of how full they want their extensions to be..... we should all respect that.

I would never say to Jen that look is not what I would do what does that have to do with her? It does not add anything to my bank account or grow my hair longer. That is what she likes and we should respect that. I don't make videos but if I did I would not be having full hair unless curly. A lot of Arjuni purchases have been made with 9-12oz by a good number of Americans but that does not now mean Americans use lots of hair.
@MsGlamAddict Maybe you did not read my comment properly I am well aware of the look not being natural. I said it's not a UK thing only a handle do this and a good number are now copying that look.
I prefer the natural look 2 packs is enough in all honesty. 4 max with wavy hair if I want to go there but on average it's 2 -2.5 as I split the wefts.
Personally, I love her hair! I just recently ordered 4 bundles of hair from a CV (chinese vendor) to do my install and it's nowhere near as full as I want it to be. As a matter of fact, I could barely finish my head with those 4 bundles. The bundles are SUPER thin. I'm going to order an extra 2 bundles just to get fullness in the back so it won't look so thin. BTW, I have 2 bundles of 24", 1 bundle of 18", and 1 bundle of 14". So yeah, there's nothing wrong with 6 packs. Love it Jenny.

Extensions are extensions no matter what country! Some people like their extensions more full than others...nothing wrong with that at all. Hairstyles are based on personal preference, not where a person is from. Let's not take shots at each other countries. #cantwealljustgetalong
Nothing is wrong with putting 6 packs of loose or straight weave in. It becomes a problem if you put 6 packs of curly hair in your head...American's are insane and yall have nothing better to do than judge people and laugh at them..

4oz (a bundle) weft of 10 inch hair will be longer than a 4oz weft of 24 inch hair....therefore you NEED more hair to get a fuller look. Give her a break...geez! lol

Hey JJ I got some of this hair and I am hoping its ok. I smelt an odd burning smell when using a flat iron so will use heat protector. I've never experienced that from virgin hair before.

@danyeandanya i've been using heat literally everyday on it and i straightened it on the first day with no smell...prob try the heat protector

now l so wish l hadn't done the big chop you make me want to go back to weaves , you look really pretty as always , but just one thing how come Whitney Marie has pictures from other sites l wanted to get a lace front she has on sale but am kinda on the fence bcz it's not her pic on the site , l know you have nothing to do with that but since you recommended l just thought l should ask x

It's sooo pretty. I was wondering was the ounces of the bundles smaller then other places (because this company is from the U.K??) Because usually 2-3 bundles would be fine. So I was just wondering.

As pics are very limited on the whitney marie site I emailed in asking if they could send me more pictures of one of their wigs I wanted to buy and was ignored...pretty crap customer service compared to what i'm used to.

The hair is very cute. It looks great! I think people are saying its a lot because they read she used six bundles. It looks full and nice. And everyone has a preference of how full they want their extensions to be..... we should all respect that.

I would never say to Jen that look is not what I would do what does that have to do with her? It does not add anything to my bank account or grow my hair longer. That is what she likes and we should respect that. I don't make videos but if I did I would not be having full hair unless curly. A lot of Arjuni purchases have been made with 9-12oz by a good number of Americans but that does not now mean Americans use lots of hair.

@MsGlamAddict Maybe you did not read my comment properly I am well aware of the look not being natural. I said it's not a UK thing only a handle do this and a good number are now copying that look.
I prefer the natural look 2 packs is enough in all honesty. 4 max with wavy hair if I want to go there but on average it's 2 -2.5 as I split the wefts.

Personally, I love her hair! I just recently ordered 4 bundles of hair from a CV (chinese vendor) to do my install and it's nowhere near as full as I want it to be. As a matter of fact, I could barely finish my head with those 4 bundles. The bundles are SUPER thin. I'm going to order an extra 2 bundles just to get fullness in the back so it won't look so thin. BTW, I have 2 bundles of 24", 1 bundle of 18", and 1 bundle of 14". So yeah, there's nothing wrong with 6 packs. Love it Jenny.

Extensions are extensions no matter what country! Some people like their extensions more full than others...nothing wrong with that at all. Hairstyles are based on personal preference, not where a person is from. Let's not take shots at each other countries. #cantwealljustgetalong

Nothing is wrong with putting 6 packs of loose or straight weave in. It becomes a problem if you put 6 packs of curly hair in your head...American's are insane and yall have nothing better to do than judge people and laugh at them..

...some of you ladies need to realize that the longer the actual hair strands are, the shorter the wefts of hair will be!!!
4oz (a bundle) weft of 10 inch hair will be longer than a 4oz weft of 24 inch hair....therefore you NEED more hair to get a fuller look. Give her a break...geez! lol
