Lol...my friend had got dual core 2.8Ghz and a radeon x1300pro 256mb...and he got like 210fps avg...
So whats the point of wasting ur money and time when u can play with such a noob pc like that was...:D

it also depends on how much ram he has and what settings he runs his games at
