i have to say, i like the music but it's kind of distracting. after a while you don't know if they're doing shuai jiao or dancing in rythm with the beat..
Xiao Yao always gets me with that technique! Works great even without the gi, too.

I agree, I sometimes mix my Shuai Jiao training with Taekkyon of Korea, similar movements for basics and done in rhythm, good for training I think.
