Ya, the video is a little goofy, however, when I'm goofing around like she's doing, I actually have a vibrato whereas, when I'm seriously singing I'm more tense and rarely find that vibrato - so as silly as this video looks, I do think it addresses the point of just relaxing and having fun and finding your natural vibrato.
