Yeah Bruno, I started back in 1988 when the rings were in another location about 50 yards north. I have seen them come and go from the beginning. Seen all the moves! Your shit is authentic! I was there before the Loews Hotel was built, when just making it to the end and back was an accomplishment. You turned it into an actual athletic event!! U said it right there: "Muscles"... then rings... leads u to compare w "classic still rings". Obvious deduction, but wrong one, this discipline & what I do is the opposite of what is required on still rings: "muscle up from max gravity".

This is actually more like surfing, you have to keep moving, momentum & technique will do the work for you.

Olympic ringers, Cirque du Soleil, athletes (who can do great stuff in their discipline) and specially body builders twice my strength have a hell of hard time because they can't apply this parameter.

I taught some very slim girls and kids to do this. They do pretty well with moderate strength. That's what cool about it.

"Angel breakaway" (full swing-switch around the pole) &

"C breakaway" (not shown here) Major challengers are:

"Kip N Flip" (One hand kip within a flip)

"Bat Fly Skip" (Skipping rings by my feet)

On 1000 times, I fell 5 times, every time I saw it coming so landing was fine except the very last one. Neglected important parameter: dusk ring's moisture ejected me violently when I was expecting (and had) full grip/tension. Terrible & sketchy landing, could've killed myself. My girl friend got really spooked then, so I promised to not do it again.... but looks like we're breaking up so I might do it again.... (Laughing)

Santa Monica Ca is the only place in the world where u can learn this. DVD Slo-mo can help. If u want 2 get serious u'll still need serious coaching or it will take u a long time to figure out all this alone from scratches.

There are structures in Russia (gymnasium I saw in 2001, forgot the name) one in NYC Riverside Park, indoor in Argentina, outdoor soon. (If u know structures somewhere else let us know.) U can go swing there, but nobody out there know how to do this stuff yet.

Not at all, I discovered it years after thru French TV & Luc Besson's movie. It's clear we come from same influential background & similar spirit: A mix of acrobatic stuff, martial arts and gymnastics with this will/need to breakaway from it. Beauty is to take past influences to a different dimension. They took it on buildings. I took it to the rings. Parkour is great, we're limited w a structure, and they don't.... next challenge maybe... Tough one!

There were about 50 stuntmen in this project. Spiderman's stunts double are Chris Daniels & Collin Follenweider. Bruno Angelico blew that deal off for financial reasons.

Was the first 2 swing/switch outside poles, by my feet, multi forms of skips, flips in skips, one hand kips, catches... Any serious ringer since 2000 or before knows.
