ive been looking for work in the us as a contractor.. a britsh security contractor tends not to get paid alot ie £40 per day.. im even thinking of moving to the us for the work.. anyone know if they hire uk citizens for armed work?

Have been working in Iraq over the past 6 years, if you dont know how much we get paid, then you dont know anyone who works in Iraq, which means you wont ever get a job in Iraq. There are a lot of PMC's and a lot of PMC roles. There are tons of companys that hire. If you're looking for a whole bunch of gun toting "in the shit" ex-military pmc's look no further than Black water, they've achieved such infamy. Others...not so much.

Private Contractors have NO place in foreign battlezones,and are justified targets.They are performing tasks the U.S Military is perfectly capable of(Security,Logistics Security,Diplomatic Protection etc) but instead the U.S government contracts it out to the Republican Bankrollers.
