Daritto - The majority of white america doesn't give a shit about black people (though, a few minority do - and care what is happening to humanity world wide). The media, as you know, only shows blacks in a negative context - hardly positive. I see the Al Jazeera as an alternative news source for open minded people all over the world concerned with the crap that is going on.

The arguement for slavery is not an issue - getting an education IS. The attitude is all within the individual.

As a baltimore resident I find documentary is an eye opener, a clear segregation between people between people not miles but just few minutes away... black community was never involved in the comprehensive process of democratization. However blacks are equally responsible for their lack of interest in participation of the process.
