He clearly does "I love you" once. tries again, and gags on his tongue. Thinks about it a third time, and goes back to cooing. Good job Mommy and Daddy, "L" is hard to master, but your Baby is way ahead of the curve! My kids are just starting consonants, they will be 4 months in 2 days.
