  • You play this very well, but there are moments when it's supposed to be piano/pianissimo, and I swear to god it's at LEAST mezzo forte! Also, in the first movement, your demisemiquavers aren't short enough, you drag them out too much - with music like this, you need to be as close to the score as you can within reason, obviously open to interpretation, but I'm a purist and I think that if music is intended in a certain way, these intentions should be adhered to!

  • @TheTradge If you've listened to ANY of George Crumb's other works, or even looked at his scores, everything is very free. Yes he has his instructions, but that doesn't mean it is going to be the same every time. His music is anything but strict.

  • @projecthorrorify Of course it's all very free, but all I'm saying is that freedom should have some kind of relationship with whats written in the score, and one should never ignore note values, dynamics and tempi! The score will have been written as such for a reason
