It looked like someone kicked his hand (note the shadow moving away from it; it doesn't look like it's moving in the direction of his hand) or it's a reflex, involuntary movement. If this was fake they wouldnt be doing actual compressions, and people are taking pictures because it's in a public place and people are inconsiderate jackasses ^^
