look this is to all the critics who dont understand worship, SHUT UP. im sick and tired of people trying to put God in a box. do you not understand who God is. let me help you. look at all he has created do you not understand how complex our God is? worship has no perticular sound. i hate when church folks try to put God in their religious box. the sound of heaven is so much bigger than the musical box we try to put it in. its all about your heart people.

I know that I am going to get bashed for my statement but I see something that has gone terribly wrong with Gospel music. I dont blame individuals such as Tye Tribbet and crew but some of the videos that I have seen is just a display of flesh. God isnt in the picture any where. Very few young people understand what a real move of God feels like. Talent has replaced the real anointing. This is for those who are not fooled by what we are now seeing as Gospel music.

you're entitled to your opinion . . . talented musicians are going to play hot music - either this genre or not this genre ... God granted the gifts without repentance . . . i think it's great they decided to be vessels for a move of God like this

Being a minstrel who is called to minister in this type of atmosphere (and a young 21), something that I find funny is when people try to label the music that they hear. As a minstrel who never spent time listening to secular music, I always found it odd when someone tried to classify my music as "too jazzy" when I learned and listened straight from God. That is not to say that "fleshy" spirit and "look-at-me" atmosphere doesn't exist. But we must continue to WARship and pray every day :)
