I think this is the guy who won the "Help Flo" contest. To me this seems like an answer to the question "How much are you willing to embarass yourself to appear on a commercial?" I wonder if this was the fate awaiting whoever won or something they decided to do with him. Me, I would've rather appeared as the guy standing behind Flo wearing the same uniform in the "Unicorns and Glitter" one.
