When she took it back to the store the manager said that's not what it said. Then another employee stated she had previous complaints. This is crazy.

well, myself I am against of these kinds of surprises. If I pay for a toy, or whatever else, and I am not told what it will do, and how it could embarrass me - I would be upset with a producer for false advertising. This is so simple. If they want to make a cursing doll - fine, but it HAS to be clearly advertised. Otherwise I suggest that they buy a car and go on a highway themselves to learn, that there are no brakes in it - embarrassing too right? Let us stop playing idiots here.
