  • watching this as an adult (born in 86)…couldn't help but think something pervy during this scene lol

  • SHE CHOSE DOWN!

  • Two people had shitty childhoods.

  • I don't care what people say. Jim Henson was a genius. Way ahead of his time. Were he still alive today, he would have pushed the limits of animatronics, just as Walt Disney pushed the limits of animation.

  • if this was a japanese anime the hands would have molested her

  • the labrinth is a oldy but goodie

  • Thumbs up if Rhett and Link sent you here

  • Rhett and Link anyone???

  • OMG!!! MONTY PYTHON LOVE <3 <3 <3

  • @soultaker30 This isnt monty python, dumbass

  • @Zaroth1234 >_> No shit Sherlock. But that's Terry Jones from Monty Python.

  • WHY WOULD RHETT AND LINK ..LINK ME TO THIS!!! creepy.

  • That's so creepy!

  • sent here by rhett and link!

  • skip to 3:20 to understand why Rhett and link brought you here

  • Ok then RhettandLink?

  • Woah, I tried to pause Rhett and link and somehow got here!

  • @ChikNfO0t invisible link box on center of screen =)

  • @ChikNfO0t Me too, talk about random, but i knew why, saw the box... :P

  • Rhett and Link sent me! :D

  • Man, how cool it would be to have a job that includes figuring out how to create a face out of a few hands...

  • Rhett and Link brought me here!!!

  • Bernie Brillstein was Henson's manager, in addition to being John Belushi's manager. In his autobiography he writes that, while tragic, everyone knew Belushi was teetering right on the edge. Henson, the picture of health, walked in to a hospital sick and died several hours later. If you think of how many lives Henson touched with SESAME STREET, then Brillstein was correct in saying that Henson's death robbed us of one of the great, all-time humanitarians...

  • You could already see how gorgeous Jennifer Connelly would become....

  • Man, to walk into an art room and see nothing but knarled hands... *shivers*

  • In need of two 'helping' fists...

  • movie making at its best

  • Oh, Jim.

    We miss you so much.

  • Creativity is such a lost art. If they remake this movie, inevitably adding CGI, I'm gonna nerd rage so hard!

  • @gzussturbo I'm pretty sure we could gather an army of Nerdfighters large enough to keep that from happening.

  • I hope they never remake this film. It is the absolute best in the entire universe.

  • If this movie was made sometime around now I don't think I'd like it as much.

  • @lovesforlosers You and me both! I sure hope hollywood keeps its filthy little hands off of it.

  • @ember1k PLEASE, GOBLIN KING, FORBID HOLLYWOOD FROM RE-CREATING THIS MOVIE!

  • Gosh, that gave me the creeps!

  • Damn man,

If I had been one of these hands people I would have suggested to all of the other hands people that at some time during the ACTUAL filming process (where that piece of film would be part of the movie) that we tickle this girl all over her body incessantly while we're holding her.

Like when she says "I guess I'll go down" everybody with the hands just starts laughing SHE CHOSE DOWN.......and starts tickling her incessantly.

  • 2 ppl chose down.

  • @SkaterJake191 They chose down?! You can almost hear them crying "Was that wrong?"

  • 2 ppl chose down.

  • Hey, I have a pretty cool idea...now all I have to do is bounce it off of Jim Henson to turn it into a FRIGGIN AWESOME idea....

Yeah, Henson was crazy talented and a genuine inspiration.

  • NEAT STUFF!!! :-)

  • Not spooky funny as hell

  • Jim was a true artist. His genius is sorely missed.

  • if JIM would have never died movies 2day wold be a lot better the this crappy computer animation you see everywhere 2day,,,,,,,,computer animation looks fake as hell ,,,,!!

  • 2 people got dropped down The Shaft Of Hands.

  • Wait, is that Terry Jones in 0:32-0:57? Did he direct this movie?

  • @Augiegrl12 no he wrote the screenplay

  • @slagcity COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Not gonna lie, this was my favorite scene out of the entire movie. Very cool concept.

  • Brilliant idea, design, planning and execution. The older I get the more I think this scene is just absolute genius.

  • wow, i didnt know terry jones was part of making this movie, that makes it even more awesome.

  • You can really hear Kermit in Jim's voice.

  • @hillme3 >> Not just Kermit, but a little bit of Ernie too.

  • I applaud creative minds!

  • @TheLishy76 YOU SUCK!!!!!!

  • @TheLishy76 LOL, I think I smell a pun XD Sorry to see that someone trolled you on your comment. Hope you're OK.

  • @TheLishy76 I second that

  • The Helping Hands part always creeped me out. :D Excellent job, everyone!

  • 2:51 middle guy - Is that Brian Henson?

  • Yes, that is Brian Henson.

  • I always thought the helping hands was a very cool original idea on Labyrinth.
