They are done using morph targets.

The morph target is another of the lights, but slightly bigger and a different colour, and then in the scene I put the morph target keypoints next to each other so it looks like the lights click on and off!

I had that problem to when I started.

You click the left mouse button for up and down, middle for left to right, and right for rotating (I think).

I'm loving the story nice, simple, but Dalek!

one thing Iv got all your CGI models but I cant move the Gun and Arm up or Down only left and right, do you know why?

Why have I got a thumbs down? I think it may be the "But Dalek!" part, I meant it in a good way Dalekish storys are the ones I love most,
