Kind of sucks that out of all the people shot Ford was the only one to actually die. It would of made more since to go out with a "bang" and loose an epic character. Not kill off a bad guy gone good who has a son. Not to mention kill yet another one of Jessica's baby's fathers off. Ugh... I don't like how that ended. And the thing with Cole... not really impressed. Maybe it would of been better if BB had reprised the role.

I bet James finds Cole and Starr in the cabana... because it looks like they just came back from there when they run into hannah and todd... hannah looks at cole and todd jumps on her to stop her and she ends up shooting cole.. then starr and james come in and she sees cole on the ground shot. Poor cole... he will probably either die or live and starr will leave james for him.

I think Todd tried to stop Hannah. I don't seem them killing off Sam, he's a kid. As for Jack... well he is kind of MIA right now. And Blair wouldn't be crying over James... at least I don't think she would.

Too me, it's not Todd that is shot, it's probably Cole, maybe even Jack! If you pause at 0:05, Hannah gets shoved down while her gun goes off. The person that is throwing her down is a man in a suit and Todd is at 0:01 is still in his suit, therefore it can't be him.

If you carefully listen to Starr it sounds like she is yelling Cole's name after the gun shot goes off. So I'm thinking there is a struggle for the gun between Todd and Hannah and Cole gets shot.
