what a laugh this is! if you've never worked for a hotel you'd know that guests don't come down and complain about fucking shampoo! they always bring their own. what they bitch about is: hair in sink or in bed, dust around here and there, dirty toilet/bathtub/shower, bad food, bad service in dining room or bar, poorly maintained golf course/tennis courts, par 3, insufficient gift shop buys etc. etc. etc. the front desk gets ALL the complaints because they are the nerve center of any hotel.

Dude, you know it!! The best is when they bitch about the WiFi. "It's not high-speed, blah, blah, blah" . "Well, it's the same service I used to check you in, and it was running well then" - huge lie. Damn I hate internet-based PMS!!!
Stupid! Don't give away your merchandise for free unless it's an actual legit complaint!
