Do you work or get comission from Thomson - never sen such a load of PR bullshit in all my life! They had to do something,cos 3 yrs ago when I flew to Goa with them - the 767-300 G-OBYE was an AWEFUL aircraft - cramped, dirty, smelly and 3 of the loos didnt work - lets face it - a cattle truck wouldve been better!

I went with Thomson to Mallorca in 2008; We had long haul and Half of the Touch screens wernt working in the Aircraft. I admit i have flown with Thomson almost every year. But last year was a bit of a let down

depends on the flight.

Long haul is min 2 and a half hours

short haul min 20 minutes

we booked a 2 week villa holiday with thomson, they failed to tell us a villa was being built next door, we had no apology and thomson would not admit they were in the wrong, i only hope all thomson staff spend £1000s on a holiday and have 2 weeks of hell, then they would become human and not just have customers money off them then the customer turns into shit and is to be treated so, never again!!!

yeah cause i proper own thompson dont i... yep course... you can own a company at 14 :) and yes people are allowed a sorry.. my auntie tracey got hundreds of pounds compensation because one of the cabin crew spilt tea on her leg and it ruined half her holiday cause the doctor said no sun or getting it wet. so yes. you are allowed a sory so dont twist my words...ok :D

How childish are you both?.

I totally agree once they have your money you`ve "had it" if anything goes wrong.

The tour operator will only help you if it isn`t going to have a financial impact on them. As for the spilt cuppa it could have been serious, but i doubt it was!.

The do all and end all is genuine complaints should be compensated fairly and false complainers should bugger off and stop wasting the tour operators time and increasing our holiday costs!

Brilliant vid, thomsonfly are defo my fav airline in the world, ive flown on a couple but none as good as thomsonfly. good slide show aswell, nice music, havent been on there long haul flights yet, only been on a 757 to gran caneria from birmingham.

Im only 16 and im hopeing to fly for these on there boeing 757/767 after Oxford aviation training school in a few years time.

If I was you I wouldn't upgrade to Premium, Thomsonfly Plus looks just as good and the 33" is great But I would defo upgrade the inflight entertainment its worth it.

The seats are comfortable but it would be a lot better if they took out the fourth seat in the middle row and made it : 2 -- 3 -- 2. That layout like on first choice is a lot better.

Great video. We nearly always use Thomsons for holidays. In May 08 I will see if the video lives up to to the hype - am off to Cancun (Thomsonfly 767) and we will definately be upgrading the movies for £5 :-) but have not upgraded seats - hopefully advertised 33 inch pitch on certain long haul flights will be ok.

This info and pics are for the Thomsonfly boeing 767-200/300. They show pictures of both aircraft and the service and layout is the same.

If you look, when is shows "real pics of the cabin" the first pic - is from the Thomsonfly boeing 767-200 where the first few seats are premium then the economy seats are right behind them. Rest of the pics are from the 767/300. Did you all like my long haul vids?

i went on thomsonfly to puerto plata in august in the new cabin the seats were cumfy and the was planty of leg room in economy but the half of the tv's wouldnt work (makin the flight lag on and boring)wen we disembarked we went throught the premier cabin and all u seemed 2 get was a slightly wider seat cumfier hedrest foot rest an a bigger tv!!!

not worth the money if u ask me
